Our solution offers two separate apps: one for you and one for your loved one. Download the caregiver app on your device, sign up, and create an account for your loved one.

On your loved one's device, download the senior app and sign in using the account details you set up. Once connected, you can easily manage and customize their app remotely from your phone!

By default, the senior's screen will display 4 large buttons, and you can assign one or more of them for calling specific contacts you've set up.

They simply tap the button, and voilà, the call is made. In future versions, seniors will be able to choose from a pre-selected list of contacts to call.

With the free plan, you can connect to one senior, providing essential support and care for a single loved one.

Upgrade to the Basic plan, and you'll have the ability to connect with both of your parents, making it easier to manage and support them from the same account.

Free users can get support by filling out a form here or by emailing [email protected]. Basic and Premium users can submit priority support requests directly through the caregiver app in the settings section.

This area is currently being updated for improvements.

Yes, two or more people can connect to one senior at the same time.

However, this feature is still in development and will be available soon.

Yes, we do offer packages specifically designed for businesses like nursing homes. Our solutions can help you manage and support multiple users seamlessly.
